Will I pay a customs charge on my order?
No! We are very pleased to say that all orders under €150 (Ex VAT) immediately qualify for the IOSS scheme.
As Picnic Blanket is IOSS registered, we collect any Sales Tax/VAT due at checkout on your behalf, so you will not be charged anything when your parcel is delivered to you.
The Sales Tax/VAT rate is based on your country's local rate and will be visible in your basket and order confirmation.
How do I place orders over €150 (Ex VAT)?
If you would like to order multiple separate items (e.g. 4 bracelets) that total over €150 (Ex VAT) when combined, it is recommended that you place separate orders keeping the total for each order below €150 (Ex VAT).
This will make sure your order qualifies for IOSS and you will avoid any additional charges on delivery.
We are happy to offer to include shipping on multiple orders and refund any additional shipping charges to you.
Please place your orders and just let our lovely customer service team know your order numbers (e.g. #PB5555) and they will be happy to help process this for you!
What if the item I would like is over €150?
If a single item is over €150 (Ex VAT) we recommend contacting our customer service team, prior to placing your order so we can explain how best to place your order.
Typically, for orders destined to the EU that exceed €150 Euros (Ex VAT), we remove the VAT from your order automaticallyat checkoutso you only pay 80% of the total price at checkout.
When your order arrives in the destination country, customs authorities will determine the sales tax/VAT amount and any customs or duties that are owed, you will be notified if there is any charge to pay by the parcel courier.

If you want your order to be delivered to the Canary Islands please select your country as "Spain (Canary Islands)" and not "Spain", as different Tax/VAT rules apply.
