Pearly Hedgehog Necklace

Introducing our Pearly Hedgehog necklace! Featuring our brand new Hedgehog charm!

Every picnic blanket piece is lovingly designed and handcrafted completely in-house and perfectly finished in our jewellery studio. All of our pearly jewellery features only the highest quality iridescent freshwater pearls. 

Every individual glass feature charm takes around half an hour to delicately form by hand in the flame, reaching temperatures of up to 800 degrees celsius, before heading to the kiln to soak for around 8 hours in the warmth to ensure strength and longevity. The charms are then washed by hand to release them from the mandrel, cleaned, reamed and polished, before making their way to our beading table, ready to be made into something dreamy. With the whole process taking several days to complete, each handcrafted piece is truly made to be treasured. 

Please note, as all Picnic Blanket glass jewellery is made to order from scratch, we kindly request that you allow 1-3 weeks for your charms to be created, the final jewellery piece finished and packaged. Each piece is finished with our signature Picnic Blanket tag.

Due to the handmade nature of this piece, no two items are identical and therefore slight variations in the beads shown may occur.

Necklaces - 39-45cm.
Bracelets - finished to fit a 16cm wrist circumference
